Dr Farzaneh Ghobadi trained as a Trauma physician in South Africa. She received her MD at Essen University in Germany and obtained her trauma physician training at Johannesburg General Hospital in South Africa. Subsequently since 2003 she has been involved in stem cell research for neurotrauma.
For the last five years Dr. Ghobadi has been researching into special conducting materials for the artificial retina project.
