Jennifer Welser, DVM
Diplomate American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists
Dr. Welser received a Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Vermont in 1991 and went on to earn Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1996. She then completed a rotating small animal internship at Auburn University in 1997. Dr. Welser was then residency trained in ophthalmology at Animal Eye Associates in Wheeling, IL in conjunction with the University of Illinois-Chicago’s MD ophthalmology residency program. Since 1999 Dr. Welser has been board certified in Veterinary Ophthalmology and is an active member of the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists.
